Shipping Policy

At DidiDiker, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. Since we cannot guarantee transit times, we can only provide you with an Estimated Delivery Date that reflects our best estimate based on average shipping times.

Please note that the estimated shipping times below DO NOT include our production time. 

Standard Shipping:

- North America: 8-12 days

- Europe: 6-9 days

- Oceania: 9-15 days

- Asia: 4-6 business days

- Rest of the world: 8-12 days

Fast Shipping:

- North America: 3-5 days

- Europe: 3-5 days

- Oceania: 5-7 days

- Asia: 2-4 days

- Rest of the world: 4-7 days

2. During the peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc), the delivery time may sometimes be delayed.

3. Once the order is sent, we do NOT accept any reason to request a refund of the shipping fee!

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow the tracking number to be updated for at least 24 hours.

You can log in our website, and click the menu " TRACK MY ORDER" to track your package. Or you can click the link in the confirmation e-mail to track your order directly.

Which carrier do you use?

For standard shipping, we usually ship all items with SF Express ,YunTu Express or Yanwen Express for international orders.

For fast shipping, we will use Fedex or DHL to ship international order.

But the carrier may be changed in accordance with the actual shipping charge and destinations.

Can I pay extra to get my order quicker?

Yes, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Now we have economic standard shipping & fast shipping for your choice. If you want to get it faster, please choose fast shipping. You can select and check the actual shipping time at checkout.

What about customs fee/taxes?

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. But we will do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual to charge customs fees for small package orders , except in countries with very low or no duty-free thresholds. So in most of the countries, you don't need to pay taxes on these small parcels.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

Important Notice

1. We do not charge taxes, if you see "Taxes (estimated)" at checkout, please ignore it. No tax is deducted when you pay. If tax was charged on your order, we will refound the tax to you within 24 hours of payment.

2. Please be sure to check your email after placing your order, as we will email you a digital proof for your approval within 24 hours( except weekends and holidays)
